1. Product & Delivery

You are purchasing a digital Vehicle History Report from Global Vin Inspect (“Company”). This report is generated instantly after payment and delivered electronically. Once the report is issued, the order is considered fulfilled.

2. Non-Refundable Digital Product

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because the report is a custom digital product generated from third-party databases, refunds or replacements are not available once the report link or file is delivered.

3. Accuracy & Information Source

Reports are compiled from multiple third-party data sources including but not limited to insurance databases, DMVs, auctions, and maintenance logs. While Global Vin Inspect strives for accuracy, no guarantee is made regarding the completeness or correctness of any information provided.

4. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for entering the correct VIN or other identifiers. Reports generated from incorrect information are not eligible for any refund or replacement.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and have received or will receive the described digital service. You agree not to file any chargeback, dispute, or claim of unauthorized transaction. Any false dispute or chargeback will be treated as fraudulent and may result in legal action or submission to payment processors and fraud databases.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when the report is sent to your provided email or the download link is displayed on-screen. The customer is responsible for ensuring a valid email address.

7. Limitation of Liability

Global Vin Inspect shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on the report’s content. The report is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional inspection.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Vehicle History Report Purchase Agreement in full.
